Services

 I handle criminal matters in both State and Federal Courts.  This includes both misdemeanor and felony cases, such as manslaughter, sexual assault, child pornography, assault, possession and/or distribution of controlled substances, theft, driving under the influence, and many others. 

 I handle pardons and commutations before the Nebraska Board of Pardons, which consists of the Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General of the State of Nebraska.   I represent people and entities with appeals of state agency decisions to the district courts pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act.  

 I represent people seeking lawful permanent residency or citizenship through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. 

 I represent people in car accident cases involving personal injury and wrongful death claims.
